Werkstatt
The Werkstatt (workshop) is our newest building and yet it comes with over 350 years of history in its upcycled timber.
It impresses with its naturalness and brightness. The historical dark old wood meets the light clay plaster. The many lattice windows let daylight into the dining room with high ceilings. Your eyes meet lush green landscapes with every look out of the window. Unless it's snowing - but then you’ll be focused on watching the flames dance in the open fireplace.
The Werkstatt also has its own covered courtyard, surrounded by bushes, fruit trees, herbs and vegetables. You’ll always find a warming place in the sun or a cool spot on the patio on hot days.
