As it used to be tradition on farms, our wood-fired ovens are the heart of our kitchen. Not only our bread comes from the wood-fired oven, but all of our food is prepared over an open fire. The complete menu is planned with the oven in mind.

Our cuisine is fresh, modern and rooted in our region. Almost without exception, we use unprocessed raw products that we handle ourselves with great craftsmanship. We completely operate without flavor enhancers, preservatives, binders or industrially prefabricated products. Our dishes are fresh, clear and inventive. Beautiful presentation of our dishes also matters for us. The focus lies on the taste and authenticity of the food.

We don't have a set menu because our cuisine is creative, seasonal and multifaceted. Our farmers live to the rhythm of the seasons and the weather. In consultation with them, we often only know a few days before an event which products will be available. Together with important information from our guests, such as regarding allergies, we design an individual menu that makes everyone happy. Vegan and vegetarian dishes have just as much a place here as meat and fish dishes. The result is an exciting and unique surprise menu for every celebration, which draws on the best of the season and pampers our guests' palates. We present this menu live to our guests during the event.
Our claim to only use ingredients that meet our sustainability standards does not stop in the kitchen, but extends to our entire range of beverages. Here, too, we are constantly looking to find manufacturers who fully support our philosophy and who produce special products. We are proud to offer a colorful and diverse range including of lemonades, wines, beers and spirits. It is always exciting to be able to discover new flavors.
