Only what belongs in bread goes into our bread. We reject the use of baking aids, flavorings, and additives.
We use only organically grown raw ingredients of the best quality from our region.
Our breads are baked with beechwood from the Eastern Alb in our wood-fired ovens or in stone ovens.
