Scheunenwirtin GbR processes the personal data collected in connection with the placement and fulfillment of orders for the purpose of entering into and performing contractual relationships. The contact details you provide, as well as the personal data collected during order processing (including name, address, email address, payment and return information), are stored for the purpose of maintaining a customer account. The data is processed on the legal basis of Section 28 (1) No. 1 BDSG or Article 6 (1) b. GDPR (from May 25, 2018). Use of data for fraud prevention purposes. The data you provide when placing an order may be used by Scheunenwirtin GbR to verify whether an atypical ordering process is taking place (e.g., simultaneous ordering of a large number of goods to the same address using different customer accounts). Scheunenwirtin GbR has a legitimate interest in conducting such verification. The data is processed on the legal basis of Section 28 (1) No. 2 BDSG (Article 6 (1) f. GDPR from May 25, 2018).

Transfer of Data to Transport Companies

Scheunenwirtin GbR works primarily with DHL, but also with various other transport companies, for the purpose of delivering ordered goods. The following data may be transmitted to these transport companies for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods or announcing their delivery: first name, last name, postal address, email address, phone number. The data is processed on the legal basis of Section 28 (1) No. 1 BDSG (Article 6 (1) b. GDPR from May 25, 2018).

Transfer of Data on Outstanding Claims to Debt Collection Service Providers

If you fail to settle outstanding invoices or installments despite repeated reminders, Scheunenwirtin GbR may transmit the data required to conduct debt collection to a debt collection service provider for the purpose of fiduciary collection.

Use of Data for Marketing Purposes

Scheunenwirtin GbR has a legitimate interest in using your data for marketing purposes. Scheunenwirtin GbR collects the following data for its own marketing purposes and for the marketing purposes of third parties: first name, last name, postal address, year of birth.
