It impresses with its natural feel and brightness. Historic dark reclaimed wood meets light clay plaster. The many lattice windows let daylight into the high dining hall. The Workshop also includes its own covered courtyard. This is surrounded by shrubs, fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables.
