Not only our bread comes from the wood-fired oven\u2014every dish is prepared over an open fire. We use almost exclusively unprocessed raw ingredients, which we prepare ourselves with great craftsmanship. We completely avoid flavour enhancers, preservatives, thickeners, or industrially pre-made products. Our dishes are fresh, clear, and full of character. A beautiful presentation of our dishes matters to us. The result is an exciting, unique surprise menu for every celebration, drawing on the best of the season and delighting our guests\u2019 palates.
